Let’s Get Dressed Returns Policy
You can return full priced items for store credit in a form of a gift voucher or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All sale items are final and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. Store credits are valid for three years.

Item must be new and unworn with all original tags attached, does not have make-up or tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.

No refunds on change of mind. Please select your items with care as refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty. Should you find your item is faulty we will provide a replacement, or where not possible, refund the item.

How to Make a Return
Please email letsgetdressedclothing@outlook.com the details and reason for return.
Post your item to Let’s get Dressed Clothing, Shop 4, 66 Bayswater Road Hyde Park QLD 4812.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once we have received your return order please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and our team will contact you via email.
